I am running Windows XP SP2 and Office 2007. I have 2 issues with Office
2007. Here are my two issues:
1. When I go into a folder, right-click on file/document and select "Send
to--Mail Recipient" nothing happens. I don't receive any error messages, my
mouse doesn't change. Outlook is setup as my default mail client.
I can open Outlook and send the attachment with no problem from the email,
it is only when I am trying to right-click on it in the folder and send it
from there I am having the problem.
I've uninstalled Office 2007 and installed Office 2003 and everything works
fine. It is only when I installed Office 2007 that I am having this problem.
2. I installed the MS LiveMeeting 2007 client and Outlook Add-in on my
computer. However, I do not have the Live Meeting buttons appear on my
toolbar.
Any ideas how to resolve these 2 issues would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Donna
