Right Margin of US Standard Fanfold Paper Size

One of my report uses US Standard Fanfold Paper and printer Epson LQ-2180.
For the right margin, why I can't set the value smaller than 1.166 inch ?

Margin settings and limitations are based on the printer driver. Check
the printer that the report is set up to print to under Page Setup.
Does the report use the Default Printer or a Specific Printer? Try
changing it and see what happens.

Can you (successfully) set your margin's smaller thatn 1.166 in
another application?
