right tab or "footer like"

Hello,
Is there a method to set a background color on all pages on the right side
of the "non-writing" space? Just like footer and header.

Try inserting an AutoShape from the Drawing toolbar in the header or footer
and aligning it in the right margin. You can select the appropriate color or
pattern for the AutoShape by right-clicking the object and clicking on Format
AutoShape, select the Colors and Lines tab. If you like, you can insert more
than one Autoshape.

No, I know all this things. I just don't know if there is something to the
right and left footer and header are down and respectively up, that I can
customize and it then can repeat on all pages.

Although you think of the header as "up" and the footer as "down," wrapped
graphic objects anchored to the header or footer can appear anywhere on the
page, including left and right.
