Right-to-Left Text

Hi,

Why does Microsoft Office for Mac seemingly have no support for right-
to-left writing? Microsoft Office for Windows sure has it. Where is
this feature on the Mac version?

Sorry right to left feature not available on macs office so far. There are
other word processor that enables it but not MS WORD at this time.

As little_creature indicated it isn't "seemingly" lacking, it *is*
lacking... But don't jump on MS or that

When Office 2004 was developed OS X didn't provide [reliable] RTL support &
it isn't something which can simply be written into an app if it isn't
functional in the OS. Nor is it something that can simply be added to a
program by way of a routine update once the OS is finally revised.

Apps that now support RTL were developed more recently - long after O2004 -
and it is presumed that O2008 will do likewise.

Well, looks like I finally found a weakness in OS X. Do you know
of OS X 10.5 will offer right to left support? And is RTL in Office
'08 a sure fire thing, or is it just speculation?
