ring binder book

I need to create a looseleaf binder book. The finished page size is 5.5 high
x 4.25 wide. Document is about 100 pages in 3 sections. I would like to
print 4 pages to a sheet of letter paper that is already prepunched to fit in
the small binder. My problem is getting a sheet to contain pages 1,3,5,7 and
then duplex 2,4,6,8 on the back of the sheet so when I cut the sheet into
four pieces I get 1/2 3/4 5/6 7/8. Any suggestions

In page setup, select booklet, type 5.5 height, 4.25 width, landscape. This will
print two pages per sheet. This setup will print two booklets in correct order.
If you have custom pre-cut size stock, you will have to setup your printer for
8.5 x 5.5 first. This setup will print one booklet.

I have tryed both neither gives me the output I require. I have paper 8.5x11
that has prepunched holes. One row down left side another row centered at
3.75 from the left. When printed correcly You would cut 1.5 off the right
side of the paper to get the final product. The final product will be a
3.5x5.5 page with six holes to fit in a small pocket sized ring binder.
Cutting the finished sheet gives me 4 pages I can print to one side of the
paper and make it work, but to print both sides and have pages front to back
to assemble the book won't come out correctly I always wind up with page 8 on
the back of 1 and 6 on back of 2 etc. or some similar wrong output. Here is a
link to the product http://peoyearbooks.com/bookopen2.html

Thanks for your help.

There may not be a template for what you need. You'll probably have to
create your own from scratch.

If you download the templates on the web site, the margin settings are available
in the document if you have Word. These settings are valid for Publisher.
Remember what is on the right on the front will be on the left on the back.
The template is a table. If you format the ruler guidelines you should be able
to replicate this in Publisher.
