Risk and Issues Indicator in PWA

When viewing project in Project Center (PWA), one of my projects has a "There
are risks associated with this project" indicator icon. The caveat is that
there are no risks entered for the project. Any idea why this happened, and
what I can do to delete that icon?

Hi Marc and thanks for the response.

It is very likely that a risk was deleted. I'm guessing that the indicator
stays even though all risks have been deleted?
