Risk/Issues: Many Workspaces to One Enterprise Project?

Hi, We have now replaced all of our workstream plans with one Single
Programme Plan, but are left with workstream workspaces. Can Users allocate
risks/issues within workstream workspaces against the new single programme
plan?

By default, no. Each workspace can link to a single project.

My recommendation would be to create a master risks/issues list at the program
level, then use something like the Page Viewer Web Part to surface that on
the workstream workspaces.

Alternately, you can create an aggregation mechanism for the workstream lists,
but that won't allow you to link those risks/issues to a specific project.
If you do pursue that route, you can always create a custom column in the
risks/issues lists to map to a lookup table comprised of your WBS elements
from either the master project or from the workstream projects.

That would accomplish much the same result.
