Risk & Issues / Portfolio View

I was wondering if it is possible to get a single view of risks and a single
view of issues across all projects in Project Server 2007? I believe they
are stored in the project workspaces - are they stored in the reporting
database somewhere?

You might try creating custom Data Analysis views using the Risks or Issues
OLAP cubes. Hope this helps.

Thanks Dale,
Actually I haven't been able to build a cube, and not sure how to report
from it. As a general question, can you recommend an organisation that could
provide a consultant for a week or two to help fast-track and review our
trial setup / mentor / provide recommendations? Note that we are using
Project Server 2007 / SQL Server 2005.

You might want to consider our company, considering the fact that three of
our principals are Microsoft Project MVPs. Click the first URL in my

Thanks Dale, I've had a look and your implementation consulting service may
be just what we need. I am located in Sydney, Australia (working for Sungard
Systems) - do you service this region?

I would be more than happy to travel to Australia to work with you. In
fact, I am in Greece right now. I just finished a week of training with a
new client here. Let us know if we can help you.

Hello Dale,

Sorry, I must have missed this before and have been busy on other work -
thanks for the offer. Due to budgetary approval we can't act till next year,
but I have approached a local company (via Marc Soester) who we are looking
at engaging for some adhoc consulting (advantage being that it doesn't have
to be in one contiguous block).

Regards,
David
