Risk or Issue or Document page PWA

Newbie

Hello,
When I try to access the Risk or Issue or Document page of a project in PWA,
I always get the message :
"The creation of a Web site can take several minutes. Wait a little if the
projet publishing is recent, then try again..."
Im' waiting for several weeks and nothing still happened!
What did I miss?
Thanks for any idea

The answer depends on what's happening in the system. Are the sites being
created? Are you not able to connect to existing sites? Lot's more
information is needed to trouble shoot this.
