Risk Template

Is there a way as administrator to create a Risk Template that everyone has
to use? I want to create a template for everyone to use, however, it seems
that you have to create your own for each risk.

I followed the directions from
http://www.projectserverexperts.com/Shared Documents/CustomizeWSStemplate.htm
to create a new template. Everything went fine, however, once I browsed to
Project Web Access, Admin, Manage Windows Sharepoint Services, Site
Provisioning Settings and selected the template that I just uploaded, nothing
happened. I couldn't see the changes I made in the Risks section. How do I
get everyone to use the new template I created?

Also, let me clarify that it works on newly created sites, but I need to push
it to projects that have sites already created. Will I have to delete the
site and re-create it?

The new site template is only applied to new sites. You will need to
manually edit the existing sites, if they already contain Risks. If they do
not already contain Risks, then delete each site and then recreate it. Hope
