1) I am trying to update the Risks and keep getting the following error;

Another user has changed the structure of this list. All your pending
changes to this list will be discarded. To retrieve the latest copy of the
list, click Refresh.

2) The views keep changing. Now I can only see three risks and I know there
are 10-15 Risks. Even when I change the views I still cannot see all of the
Risks.
