Is there a way to delete the default columns in the Risks section in PWA? I
know you can delete the columns that you create, but I can't find a way to
delete the default columns.

Hi Keoni,

Maybe someone else has better information on this but from my
experience, i havent been able to delete the one or two default columns
that are in the Risks table. I was lucky enough to work out a way to
use my defaults (with slightly differnet names) in place of other
neccessary columns. If anyone knows otherwise, hope they can let us
know.

I still haven't found out how to delete some of those columns. I don't think
you can :-(

Keoni:

Some of the columns are part of the custom webpart Project Server adds to
the SharePoint list to drive some of the program logic behind the
integration with Project Web Access. Changing or deleting these columns
breaks the integration.

Gary, you say "Some of the columns ....". How can I find out which columns
to leave alone so I don't mess up something? Also, with the Issues List, can
I change the content in the choice box? And the column name? Can I add
additional choices without messing anything up? Thanks, Anne

Anem:

Changing values in the status column will break the summary displays in PWA.
Altering the owner and assigned to columns can affect how, and to whom, data
is displayed. You should also look at the built-in views in the project
workspace to make sure that changes you make don't impact these, or at least
you understand how they might have an impact before you do them.
