.rm movie files

Hi all,

Can anybody please help me? I recently downloaded a programme so that I
could save my RealOne movie files. I would like to use these saved files in
MS Powerpoint 2000, however as these files are saved as .rm files, I believe
that these files can not be used (so an error message keeps on telling me!)

Does anybody know a way how I can play these .rm video images in a
Powerpoint presentation?
