RM Timesheet Approvals MSPS 2003

I have an RBS structured as:

QA Director
Automation Mgr
Automation Resources

Currently the QA Director and the Automation Mgr have the ability to approve
the Automation Mgrs timesheet.

What I need is for the Automation Mgr to approve all Automation Resource
Only and have the QA Director approve the Automation Mgr

Both are members of the RM group and the RM group is a member of the My
Direct reports and My Resources Categories.

Both Categories Allow Approve Timesheets for Resources

For the My Direct Reports I invoked 1 rule:
....view info for all resources that they manage directly

For the My Resources I invoked 1 rule:
....view info for all resources that they manage


Any bright ideas?
