RMS : Rights policy templates

Hey al

I have created my rights policy templates and enteret the UNC URL for the share, but i still cant use them at the RMS client
I also readed the help that sayed i would have to copy the template files over to the local computer of the user (rms client) but still no templates to use at the rms client
Need help plz.
