rnaapp not responding problem

[Mega Man]

I seem to be getting this message several time a day.

First sign is a red "X" on top of the two small computer images on the
far right side of the task bar

Each time it happens I do a Ctrl+Alt+Delete to see all my tasks and
see: "rnaapp not responding".

I terminate that task and it causes my computer to reboot.

Very frustrating because I usually have other things running and I
lose whatever work I've done.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this?
