Road Runner SMTP

I have Outlook 2002 installed and configured SMTP with my ISP
roadrunner. It all worked fine and I didn't do anything that I can
remember to make it not work. It works fine in Outlook Express and
roadrunner tech support WILL NOT support Outlook whatsoever.

Has anyone run into this problem?
