Roady, help! I can't get import/export to work

I have reloaded the sw w the instal disk, selected the
i/e option - it says it is loading the import/export
engine when I reinstall OL, but I can'g get to it
under "File".

What else should I try? I am depsarate, as I have
some .pst files from another computer I need...

Thanks!!!

Try to reset your toolbars. Right click a toolbar and choose customize.
Click the first tab in the dialog that appears. Select the menu bar and
click Reset.

Choose View-> Toolbars-> Customize...-> tab Commands
When you select the Category "File" do you see the Command "Import and
Export" there? Drag and drop it to where you want in the Toolbar or menu.
When you close the Customize window is it functional?

Note that you can also connect to pst-file by using;
File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...
