Hello,
We have a client that we setup with roaming profiles because their users
frequently work on different PCs. They have POP3 based email accounts and all
their PST files are stored in their server-based user folders. Their PCs use
a variety of Outlook 2000, 2002(XP) and 2003. However, it seems if they logon
to a PC that has a newer version of Outlook then the one their profile was
originally setup on the Outlook profile is missing but if they logon to a PC
that has the same (or earlier) version the profile is intact (even after it
was missing earlier). Are Outlook profiles transportable among different
versions of Outlook ?
Thanks,
Tony
