I had created a new .pst file through Outlook (File/New/Outlook Data File)
but then decided I didn't need it and deleted through Explorer.
I noticed the pst file I had just removed was still "open" in Outlook so I
tried to close it and get a message that says "The operation failed. An
object could not be found".
I have tried re-creating the pst file, renaming, looking through the
registry... I'm at wits end! How do I get this ghost "Archive Folders" entry
out of my "All Mail Folders"?
I am using Outlook 2003 under Windows XP.
Thanks in advance for your assitance!
