Hi there,
I am currently trying to follow a post on the InfoPath team blog on how to
implement roles in browser forms.
(http://blogs.msdn.com/infopath/arch...-forms.aspx?CommentPosted=true#commentmessage)
If trying to follow the poster's instruction, I get a "not point to a valid
location path of a field or group" error when trying to add the function
name[username = CurrentUser].
If following one of the comments, which says to use users[username =
userName()]/../name instead, the formula is validated (no errors). However,
the formula doesn't seem to work as no matter what user is loged in, the
formula always return the same value.
Did anyone here tested this how-to before and got it working?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Pedro
