Rolling back or uninstalling updates

J

Jason

The OneNote 2003 update released 5/9 causes OneNote to crash whenever a
shortcut key is used to add a flag but the note flag icon is not displayed on
any visible toolbars. Is there a way to uninstall an update? I simply need
the version of onmain.dll that preceded the one in the update (the updated
version is 11.8021).

Thanks,
Jason

As for uninstalling you should be able to look in your Control
Panel-->Add/Remove Programs and look for a listing for this problem.

Thanks for your help and attention. Best,

Dan,

There's no listing for this update in Add/Remove programs, as there is for
some other updates.

Thanks,
Jason
