Rolling Speadsheet

I have a client that wishes to create a rolling spreadsheet. He would
like information from one or more fields on a spread sheet to roll over
to the next sheet (by week). Is there a way to capture certian data
fields and be able to roll them over to a new sheet?

If the carry forward information is always in the same
cells then refenced back to the other spreadsheets!
