Rolling Up Tasks and Milestones to a master plan

Hi

We are using MS Project Pro and Project Server. I would like to be able to have a plan that rolls up the top level tasks of all projects on the server, possibly based on some filtering (e.g. project status should be active and region US). This is mainly for reporting puropses i.e. a gantt chart format to be able to present to a board showing projects on deck and progress though the major (level 2?) tasks

Any ideas
