Rollover Images & Text

SixStates.net

I use Frontpage 2003 to publish an online magazine, SixState.net. I'd like to
be able to create something on the homepage that would allow me to display
multiple images and story summaries, with each one being displayed separately
as you roll the mouse over it. For examples of what I'm talking about, check
out www.outsideonline.com and www.grist.org; they display 4-6 stories in one
box -- rotating what is displayed every few moments and when you move the
mouse over it.

Is there a way to do this -- or something similar -- using Frontpage??
Important Note: I know very little about code and tech jargon. I'm a complete
idiot about this stuff -- so please use small words and talk slowly. :)

But beware - many of the scripts offered there are so antique as to be
useless with contemporary browsers.
