Rollover Problem

[Crush]

Posted about this issue a few days back, but left town and it's now buried on
back pages. When you roll over the navigation bar at www.sysconform.com the
hyperlinks disappear. You can still click on the options and they work, but
the images/words disappear. Any advice how to fix this? I am very new to
web design, so use small words and type slowly please! Thanks.

Because the mouseover images do not exist on your web site...or the paths
are incorrect
for instance:

So do I need to have an "active", "inactive", and "mouseover" image for each
hyperlink? If so, how do I create the missing files and upload them? I did
this in a very round-about manner, building 90% of the page in one
site-builder before realizing I had to switch it to another (Front Page), so
I'm not even sure where a lot of this went wrong.

you don't have all that much there, I'd just re-do it in FP...or better yet
