Rollups on minimum not calculated

The formula IIf([% Work Complete]=100,3,IIf([Baseline Finish]-[Current
Date]>0,2,[Baseline Finish]-[Current Date])) does not rollup automatically if
I select rollup on minimum/maximum. Any insight?
