Root certificate problem

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange When setting up new clients with Entourage in our department, a dialog box keeps popping up saying that an incorrect root certificate is installed. All of the updates to Entourage (and Office 2008) have been installed. It's an Exchange 2007 server. The "help" file has not helped. Not sure if this is because there is no tip for Snow Leopard, but the first step is not possible - I can't find the root certificate that it tells me to double-click on. How do I find that root certificate?

Here is the "help" offered by Entourage Help:

Install root certificates on Mac OS X (Leopard)

Double-click the root certificate to open the Keychain Access application.
The Add Certificates dialog box appears.
On the Keychain menu, click login, and then click OK.
If the Do you want your computer to trust certificates... dialog box appears, click Always Trust.
Note If you're asked to provide a name and password, type the name and password for an administrator.
Quit and then restart Entourage.

How do I find that root certificate?

It's the root certificate from the server.
Whoever setup the server should know where to get it and once you have
it, all you have to do is to double-click to install it on the Mac.
The problem is that the server is using encryption, but its certificate
is not registered with the well-known, (built-in) authorities (eg:
verisign, etc).
You need to make sure your Mac knows how to recognize it as valid.
