Root Security Certificate

I am running Entourage 2004, having upgraded from Entourage X, interfacing
with an Exchange 2003 server. When I access the account all works well
except I am reminded on login that I do not have my root certificate
installed. I had it fine when X was running. I have to go to a webmail
server to install the certificate using Explorer 5.2 for OSX. I have read
the instruction on using Keychain to install a certificate but I can't find
the one installed by the webmail server.

Anyone got any ideas?

There shouldn't be any difference... The certificates are added to the
Keychain for all apps to use.

Using Explorer ?? Weird... I would have guessed that you had to download a
file and double click it to get it in the keychain (or import it from the
keychain if you are using MacOS X <10.3)
I have read
the instruction on using Keychain to install a certificate but I can't find
the one installed by the webmail server.

Maybe you should go through the importing procedure once again :-\
