rotate image in vb

I need a way to rotate an image 270 degrees in VB. I think this is posible
using the office document imaging rotate method, but I can't find any
examples to get me started.

Anyone able to help? I'm open to any suggestions, it doesn't have to use
microsoft document imaging.
