Rotate shapes

Is there a way to rotate smaller shapes inside a larger shape along with the
larger shape when it is rotated? I want to turn a rectangular form 90
degrees to add additional shapes, text, and I want all additions, text
previously added to the form to rotate too.

John,

just group all shapes, then rotate.
Or do you want to rotate each shape separately?
