rotate table vertically

I have a table that will be on it's own page. I would
like to have the table print as if in 'landscape' mode.
Is there a way that I can have the table inside my
document and only have that page as landscape? Or can I
rotate the table so that it's up and down?

G'Day Matt,

Select ALL of the Text (ie paragraph markers for
blank lines, and including the Table) on that Page.

"File">"Page setup..."
Select "Landscape"
Change "Apply to:" (drop-down) to "Selected text"
Click "OK"
