rotate text box

I am trying to rotate a text box. I have tried the rotate
in drawing, but it only works in clipart. I tried to right
click to see if I could get it to copy and then get the
rotate tool, but that wouldn't work.

Put the text in cells of a table, then use Menu: Format/Text Direction ...
