Designing note card. How do you rotate text using drawing option
for back of folded card?

Word doesn't offer any built-in way to rotate text other than 90 degrees
left or right. One approach is to use table cells with text rotated in
opposite directions. But see

If Publisher is available to you, it is a much more suitable application for
this purpose, as it has built-in templates for folded cards with rotated
text (text can be rotated to any angle, including upside-down, in
Publisher).
