Rotate Text???

Art Shotwell

Hi, I've recently moved to Word for Mac from Lotus WordPro for Windows
(yeah, from 1996, been working great). I need to rotate text in a text box
for my letterhead, which is along the left side of my stationery page. I
can't seem to rotate either the text in a text box or the text box. Anyone
know how to do that?

When you click in a text box, a new floating toolbar appears. One button on
it is labelled "Text Direction". Will that do what you need?

I don't know why the Help is missing so much of the information about text
boxes. Sorry about that. You'll get plenty of information right here...

Cheers

Hey! That works just right. I had highlighted the text box and was trying to
rotate it from the Style Palette. Art
