Rotated (jpeg) image does not display in PDF printed from Visio

I have a small jpeg file that is in my background. The 11 x 8.5" pages
are rotated to portrait 8.5" x 11 for printing purposes.

When I do a print preview, the Visio file looks fine. However, when I
select Acrobat as print selection, the jpeg image is fuzzy.

I did this the other day after finding solution rather quickly. Now,
there are revisions and I can't remember how I did this.

One thing worth trying, as jpegs don't work so well when rotated,
convert the image to a TIFF or BMP first, then add the image to the
background.
