Rotated Objects Don't Print Correctly

I am working in MS Word 2004 and inserted an eps picture ... I then
rotated the object 90 degrees. All looks good on the screen, but when
I printed, the object prints as if I never rotated it. What am I
doing wrong?

Word and eps are not best friends. I'd rotate and resize the eps
outside Word before inserting it. Word makes ghastly choices between
preview and eps on printing and PDF export. (2004 might be better than
my v.X, but from the gnashing of teeth in here, I don't think so.)

Hi Linda:

Technically, Word does not support rotated text. PowerPoint "does".

So there are severe limitations in rotating images in Word. As Elliott
said, best done outside Word.

Cheers
