Rotating a text box or autoshape

I need to have a box go on a diagonal with a check box
and the word "rush". I can't see how to rotate a text
box and an autoshape rotates but the text doesn't rotate
with it. Can anyone help me?

Karen,

1. Type RUSH into a cell. Make it bold. Copy the cell.
2. Select another cell
3. Hold down SHIFT while opening the Edit menu
4. Select "Paste Picture"
5. The newly pasted picture can be rotated
6. Delete the entry made in step 1.
