rotating text box

My old Word 2000 allow me rotate text box, but in Word 2003 I cannot.
What happen there?

I try using past special - picture (Windows Metafile), but when it tern, the
size and font change in a very ugly way after print out.
But at print preview, it looks perfect.
I also try past special - picture (Enhance Metafile), when it turn, the box
still there but the text disapper.

So how can I rotate text box and keep size and font.
