Can't seem to find the menu to rotate text in word '97 so
it prints across the 11" dimension instead of the 8-1/2.
Can someone help me?.
Thx

If you want the entire page/document rotated, you need to change the
orientation of the document from Portrait to Landscape (Paper Size tab of
Page Setup). If you want to rotate just some text on a page, insert a text
box or table cell and use Format | Text Direction to rotate the text.

I've done this within tables. If you want the whole page
printing "across," you just make it "landscape" by using
File, Page Setup, Paper Size.

However, if this is one page in an otherwise "portrait"
document, you will have to make that page a separate
section by inserting a section break. Watch out with
this: the top three are just breaks. The bottom four are
actually SECTION breaks. You can have any number of
sections on a page, but you have to use the bottom four
types to isolate a section.
