Rotating text in MS Word 2007

Hi,

I would like to make a simple Flyer advertising piano lessons. An example of
what I'm trying to accomplish is often seen in supermarkets with little
tear-off strips at the bottom with the person's name and number. How would I
make these little tear off strips? How would I rotate the text? Please help
in anyway that you can. Thanks in advance.

It is easier with Publisher, if you have it, which has templates for this
task - but you can do it with Word with a table across the bottom of the
document. Rotate the text in the table.
