rotating text inside viso shapes

Once I've rotated a visio shape upside down...how do I get
the text inside to rotate independently so it is upright???
Is this possible?

Tools>Add-on's>Visio Extras>SmartShape Wizard.
In SmartShape Wizard window:
1) Set Customize shape's text
2) Click on Change Option... button
3) Select text position. Then Next.
4) Select Level text.

I believe the SmartShape Wizard was discontinued after Visio 2000..

In any case, you can rotate the shape's text block independent of the shape itself by using the Text Block Tool. Selecting the Text Block Tool and clicking on the shape allows you to rotate just the text. (It also allows you to move the text position relative to the parent shape.
