Hello,
I am creating a timeline using Visio 2003 and I would like to add some
milestones above and below the timeline "line" (I am using the Line Timeline
option). When inserting a milestone, I am unable to rotate it in order to
have the milestone line pointing below the timeline line. I even removed the
Rotatation protection (Format | Protection | Rotation checkbox). The Rotate
Shape option and the green ball (sorry - I don't know the name of it) even
displays and I can actually roate it (a dotted shadow of the rotation
displays), but when I let go, the shape stays as it was.
I can move the actual line that is pointing to the date and description, but
that does not look very good because I cannot get it to line up with the
milestone line - the line pointing to the date and description is off to the
side a little in any direction I move it. I don't see a way to specify the
location of that line. The Size and Position dialog seems to only apply to
the location of the milestone shape within the timeline.
Any insight is greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Veronica
