Round formula

I need help creating a formula, right know I have

=round(a1,2)+round(b1,2)

but I need a formula that will round to 2 digits when I add all the values
of B1:b10

=ROUND(SUM(B1:B9),2)

Don't know where A1 comes into the picture.
