ROUND function syntax question (hopefully simple)

I want to round the results of the following formula to a single
decimal place. Can anyone tell me the correct syntax to use the ROUND
function? Putting all the commas and parentheses in the right place
has always been my downfall where long, complicated Excel functions
are concerned!

The formula is: =IF(J7>0,D7/J7*100,"")
