Rounded corners but not rounded border??!

Hello.

I have FrontPage 2003 using the layout table method to create a webpage. You
can format the cells with rounded corners (good), but when I apply a table
border, it is making an angle (90 degree) border on a rounded cell corner
(bad).

Anyway to make the border round like the cell is doing??
