does fp2003 automatically create rounded corners on
tables for ya?

If so, where is the feature?

Yes, using the Table Layout Wizard.

Damn, I've got to learn to use the wizards more often and get out of the old
mode that wizards are for newbies. Thanks for correcting me, now I'll go
play with this feature ;-)

This isn't actually a wizard...

create a New Page
show the Layout Tables and Cells taskpane
Click to use any of the Layout Tables offered
Select one of the cells (should then have a blue border by default)
Click "Cell Formatting" in the taskpane
Click "Cell Corners and Shadows"
Click to create your rounded corners or shadows.

The best thing about this is that we just generate container tables with img
tags - no bots and no server extensions necessary.
