Rounding Elapsed Time

I'd like to round the answer in an elapsed time field to
the nearest 15 minutes.

i.e. Total elapsed time = 25:11 should read 25:15 and
25:07 should read 25:00 after rounding.

What kind of rounding formula do I need to accomplish this?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

This is one way

=ROUND(A1*24*4,0)/24/4

format it as time as well
