Whenever I copy and paste the following column into Excel
64082153021072309
17501818699072309
40310967596072309
07470568444072309

it is displayed as

64082153021072300
17501818699072300
40310967596072300
7470568444072309

How do I get Excel to display this without rounding up and trucating the
leading zero.

Pre-format the destination cells as TEXT then use Paste Special>Text>OK

Excell will only handle 15 numbers as numbers, anything above 15 needs to be
handled as text. Which means you can not use them in computations.

Preceed the entry with a single quote " ' ", or formate the cell as text
before you make an entry.

6.40822E+16
1.75018E+16
4.0311E+16
7.47057E+15

I am not using them in calculation, only display
