rounding numbers in publisher 2007 from an excel 2007 import

I have an excel 2007 spreadsheet that I have rounded all of my number up 2
spaces after the decimal.

When I import this file into publisher 2007, it does not keep my rounding.
Is there anyway to do this in publisher? Am I doing something wrong in excel?

Please help - this is driving me nuts!!!

How are you importing into Publisher? Is this a merge? If it is a merge format
the field in Excel as text.
